Description
Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies, setting ambitious targets to achieve sales goals, market share expansion, and revenue growth
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports, including weekly work plans, customer visit reports, and budget reports to ensure accountability and drive continuous improvement
Promote and sell our water treatment products and services to customers, focusing on meeting budgetary targets, increasing sales, and maximizing gross profit
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Identify potential customers, create new pipelines, and expand the customer network to drive business growth
Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and compliance standards. Manage individual expenses effectively according to company policy while ensuring sales operations remain within budgetary constraints
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of working experience in chemical products specifically related to the water treatment industry is essential
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field is required
Strong command of the English language is necessary for effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Possess good attitude and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
