The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets to promote Lubricant/ Engine Oil products through B2B and Dealer customers. Be a part of a growing organization

About the Company

Our client is a local Trading company providing Lubricant and Engine Oil products imported from China, Korea, and Japan trade lanes. They also offer after-sales solutions and automotive spare parts as a part of their core business as well

Description

  • Penetrate the market and expand sales of engine oil/lubricant through B2B and Dealer channels

  • Develop and manage relationships with dealers to ensure effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets

  • Independently handle sales activities, including lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales plans

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably from B2B Sales or Dealer development experience in the Automotive industry

  • Basic English level is mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree holder required

  • Special skills: Interpersonal skills, commercial mindset, the lone hunter
