Responsible for Retail Sales, Dealer Development / Management, Route Sales and Regional Sales, Product Marketing

Our client is a well-known Europe Decorative Paint distribution company that also distributes Aluminium Roofing sheets in Yangon targeted to project customers, retail, and wholesale channels
Description
Drive sales efforts within the retail sector, targeting shops and homeowners, to expand the client base for paint products
Identify and develop dealer relationships, managing their performance and ensuring effective product distribution
Contribute to targeted sales efforts for contractor projects, facilitating growth in this segment
Operate in an autonomous capacity, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative to achieve sales targets
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and recommend strategic improvements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the Construction Materials industry
Any Bachelor’s degree holder
Mandatory Intermediate English speaker
Strong market research and sales skills to effectively identify opportunities and recommend strategic improvements
