Responsible for Freehand Sales, supervising Sales Executives, B2B Sales

The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving sales growth in the forwarding sector, including Air, Sea, Cross Border, and other related services. You will work closely with Sales Executives to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service

Description
Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction
Work closely with Sales Executives to help them achieve their sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
Provide training and support to Sales Executives to improve their performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
Minimum 1.5 years of working experience with Freehand Sales background, open-minded for any forwarding sectors
Bachelor’s Degree holder
Mandatory Intermediate English level
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of transport and logistics industry regulations and practices
