Description
Develop comprehensive training resources and facilitate interactive sessions to ensure optimal engagement
Evaluate the efficacy of training programs, offering constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
Deliver education on effective sales methodologies, imparting in-depth knowledge of beauty products, and enhancing customer interaction skills
Regularly update training materials and methodologies to align with evolving product offerings, operational processes, and market dynamics
Direct report to Training Manager
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in related industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Intermediate English is a must
Must possess a solid background in customer service and retail sales within the cosmetics and personal care industry
