Liaise with HR department to develop and execute the learning maps, competency development programs etc

The Role
Set the road map for sales team and organize the training programs
Conduct field work with sales representative and follow up with supervisors and managers for the development training process
Get in touch with sales department and management team to access the updates on skill requirements
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG and Pharma industry and minimum 5 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Has strong communication skills and people management
