Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior executives or the chairman, including managing schedules, correspondence, and communications efficiently
Up to 1,500,000 MMK plus other allowances and benefits
The Role
This role requires to organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure smooth office operations

Description
Maintain important company documents and records, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate governance requirements
Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Myanmar languages
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents using Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software
Facilitate coordination among various departments and assist in special projects as assigned by senior management
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; a certificate or diploma in secretarial management, business administration, or related fields is an advantage
Prior secretarial or administrative experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a fast-paced setting or with multinational exposure
Excellent command of English and Myanmar languages, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications is essential
Strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams
