Secretary to CFO at the leading FMCG company in Yangon

  • Providing a variety of secretarial support to assigned administrator and department
  • Up to 700,000 MMK plus attractive bonus

About the Company

The Role

Responsible to organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and perform related administrative tasks

  • Works closely with the CFO on special projects and Audit and Finance & Investment Committee activities
  • Responsible for scheduling and managing the CFO’s calendar including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings
  • Prepare a variety of correspondence, reports and other materials (e.g. letters, memorandums, minutes, charts, periodic and ad-hoc reports, etc.)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective

functioning of the work unit.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the secretarial field
  • A Bachelor degree is a must and other relevant business qualifications will be a plus
  • Strong command of English is a must
  • Outstanding person with excellent organizational and time-management skills and flexibility is required to work with others in a variety of circumstances
