Segment Manager (Coatings & Construction) at an International Chemical Trading Company in Yangon
Responsible for Technical sales, B2B sales, Suppliers management, Customer account management/ development

The Role
The ideal talent will be responsible for selling chemicals raw materials/ ingredients of construction chemicals, coatings, Paint chemicals, etc. through industrial and construction chemicals manufacturers. Arranging import support operations, dealing with global suppliers, and providing technical consultation to customers would be one of the critical parts of the role

Description
Develop and execute effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets through various business channels
Forecast and set annual sales quotas, analyze market trends, and implement marketing plans
Acquire technical expertise from suppliers and provide comprehensive support to customers
Lead marketing initiatives including product introductions, sampling, and feedback collection
Maintain clear communication with customers and suppliers through written and oral reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring coordinated sales efforts and efficient logistics
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience within the Chemicals industry, preferably in Construction Chemicals, Paint Chemicals/ Raw Ingredients
B.E (Chemicals) or B.Sc. (Industrial Chemistry) or related Chemical engineering degree holder
Mandatory Business English level
Interpersonal skills, Presentation skills, Technical knowledge of construction chemicals ingredients
