Also responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team

Description
Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive bancassurance revenue and achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and maximizing cross-selling opportunities
Lead, mentor, and develop the bancassurance sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing guidance to achieve sales goals
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as needed
Coordinate training programs for bank staff to enhance their understanding of insurance products and improve sales effectiveness
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management
Ensure all bancassurance activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in offerings and messaging
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in sales management within the financial services or insurance industry, with a focus on bancassurance
Strong understanding of insurance products, banking operations, and sales processes
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
