- Propose a short-term and long-term pipeline and branding plan for the company to fill the market gaps and seek for growth opportunities
- Introduce new products by developing plans with sales, advertising, and production.
- Manage the innovation team to develop continuous processes
- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Innovation or New Product development in FMCG Industry
- Bachelor’s Degree holder is a must
- Business English is a must
- High level of proficiency in project management, have analytical, problem solving skills
