Planning, engineering, and implementation of cloud infrastructure across all regions

Description
Leading the team responsible for implementation and design of cloud infrastructure and establishing procedures to ensure cloud infrastructure availability and stability
Hire, train and retain the cloud infra team in our respective markets
Lead the design and implementation of new clusters both VMware and opensource according to industry best practices
Create and maintain all server/cloud infrastructure documentation; including downtime records, inventory, procedural documentation, and a disaster recovery plan operations strategy and policies
Design of client’s Cloud environments, provide leadership in infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques including mass application movements into the cloud
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
9 - 12 years of experience in Virtualization, Cloud Computing Engineering & architecture, service models, deployment models, practical implementations, operations
Excellent knowledge of VMware’s Virtualization Suite including VSAN & NSX-T
Hands-on knowledge with Linux Administration and Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience with large-scale virtualization clusters with hundreds of VMs per cluster
Experience with Cloud Technology and Microservices
