About the Company
Our client is a well-known Manufacturing Companies and employs more than 10000 employees worldwide.
Handle operations for Compensation & Benefits programs and process
Be the point of contact for C&B service processes-related issues and act as a credible internal specialist
Expatriates management like C&B related, accommodation arrangement, visa application, working permit etc.
Coordinate with the annual C&B survey.
Build up consistency in C&B policies, plans, programs, and processes with reference to company guidelines and local legislation
Report directly to HR
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economy, any equivalent degree
Minimum 5 years of Experienced in Human Resource
Experience in HRIS
Good understanding of Labour Law
Solid understanding of payroll
Good knowledge in HR
Business English is required
13th month salary + Ferry + Lunch Provide
