Senior HR & Admin Officer (Compensation & Benefits) at a Well-Known Manufacturing Company in Yangon

  • To oversee and administer the employee’s perfect rewards and smart benefits

About the Company

Our client is a well-known Manufacturing Companies and employs more than 10000 employees worldwide.

The Role

Handle operations for Compensation & Benefits programs and process

  • Be the point of contact for C&B service processes-related issues and act as a credible internal specialist

  • Expatriates management like C&B related, accommodation arrangement, visa application, working permit etc.

  • Coordinate with the annual C&B survey.

  • Build up consistency in C&B policies, plans, programs, and processes with reference to company guidelines and local legislation

  • Report directly to HR

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economy, any equivalent degree

  • Minimum 5 years of Experienced in Human Resource

  • Experience in HRIS

  • Good understanding of Labour Law

  • Solid understanding of payroll

  • Good knowledge in HR

  • Business English is required
