Job Description

Senior HR Executive at a Real Estate and Properties Management Service Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for hiring, training, and managing employees while ensuring compliance with Labor laws. Professionals in this role will also update HR policies and regulations and maintain HR records.

  • Up to 800,000 MMK plus other allowances & benefits.

The Role

The role will oversee recruitment and selection processes, develop, and implement HR strategies, and handle employee relations.

The business has since established as a reputable, dynamic, and fast-growing Myanmar real estate enterprise in December 2013. They are the single aim of providing a one-stop solution to the real estate needs of both corporate and individual clients.


  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.

  • Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.

  • Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.

  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.

  • Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.

  • Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.

  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.


  • Proficient in Chinese 4 skills or HSK Level 5,6.

  • Any graduate

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management

  • Minimum (5) year experience in related field -General knowledge and required legal knowledge according to Labor law, rules of SSB and income tax.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft (word, excel, power point)

  • Can communicate with English language.

  • Proper decision

  • making skill and management skill

  • Ability to work in team, also independently.

  • Good presentation skill and leadership skill
