Senior HR Manager at a Fast-Growing Heavy Machinery Company in Yangon
To oversee the human resources department and provide consultation on strategic planning
Up to 3,000,000 MMK plus performance bonus

The Role
Responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent by directing the administrative functions of the HR department
Work closely with local key line peers in functional areas, the incumbent will provide the creative and professional leadership required to structure
Implement and revise a company’s compensation program
Act as project owner and lead to take up HRIS implementation projects that align with company goals and directions
Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of working experience in human resources or related field
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Strong command of English and Mandarin (Chinese)
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
