Senior HR Officer at a Well-Known Financial Service Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for assisting HR Manager in coordinating and administering a variety of programs and activities related to performance and rewards

  • Up to 800,000 MMK and Attractive Yearly Bonuses

The Role

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and compensation and benefits systems

Our client is one of the leading financial service provider organizations in Yangon

Description

  • Ensure compensation and benefits standards in accordance with company policies and other regulations or legislation

  • Assist in implementing compensations & benefits programs based on employees’ performances

  • Develop salary proposal and report to HR Manager for successful candidates based on the market data and prepare for the offer letters and employment contract

  • Carry out research and benchmarking and prepare, organize, and maintain confidential records and documents

  • Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and arranging the interviews

  • Respond to employee queries and complaints on compensation and benefit matters

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related C&B field and HR generalist

  • A Bachelor’s degree Holder or MBA is preferrable

  • Must be proficient in both verbal and written English

  • Demonstrate attention to detail and bias for action

  • A diligent person with strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
