Description
Ensure compensation and benefits standards in accordance with company policies and other regulations or legislation
Assist in implementing compensations & benefits programs based on employees’ performances
Develop salary proposal and report to HR Manager for successful candidates based on the market data and prepare for the offer letters and employment contract
Carry out research and benchmarking and prepare, organize, and maintain confidential records and documents
Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and arranging the interviews
Respond to employee queries and complaints on compensation and benefit matters
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related C&B field and HR generalist
A Bachelor’s degree Holder or MBA is preferrable
Must be proficient in both verbal and written English
Demonstrate attention to detail and bias for action
A diligent person with strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
