Responsible for managing the daily activities of the project management office including defining project objectives, timelines, regulatory guidance, standard operating procedures, and workflows

Description
Collaborate with department managers and the leadership team to define and prioritize business projects
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, tasks, and resource allocation
Analyze financial data related to project budgets, risks, and resource utilization
Provide oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and regulatory requirements
Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying any issues or obstacles and taking appropriate actions to address them
Create and maintain procedure and policy documents and guidelines for effective project management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
A minimum of five years' experience in the industry
Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery
A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous
Strong analytical and financial skills to assess project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively oversee project teams
Knowledge of standard project management methodologies and tools
