Description
Plan, Organize, define, and control retail banking’s activities and resources in order to meet retail banking objectives.
Assess market condition, define, recommend, implement, and monitor retail banking strategy in order to gain and sustain the bank’s competitors’ edge and result.
Assess, analyse, define, recommend, implement, and follow up market intelligence and marketing plan in order to meet retail banking strategic objectives.
Identify customers’ needs initiate actions and follow up to meet customers expectation.
Requirements
Master’s Degree holder in related field and Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Banking, Finance, or International Business will be added advantage.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of working experience in financial institutions, particularly handle Senior Management role in Retail Banking functions.
Proven capability in strategic planning, commercial judgment, organizational and project management skills
Detailed understanding and experience of setting up Retail and Product proposition.
Burmese Proficiency with excellent communication skills in both oral and written in English languages.
