Description
Supervise and lead diverse teams under operations department, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the successful execution of operational activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, human resources, to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage day-to-day operational activities, including fraud investigation, and customer service operations.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience in operations management, with a track record of successfully leading operational teams and driving process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to engage in multi-tasking effectively and work well under intense pressure.
Native Burmese with a fair communication in written and oral skills in English
