Description
Manage operations at fishmeal facility, focusing on production processes
Supervise in-house production team
Ensure compliance with safety standards for food, feed, and workplace environments
Support internal and external audits of production processes and facility management
Coordinate closely with Quality, Warehouse, and Fish Meal Commercial teams
Participate in hands-on work and relevant training to enhance skill set
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline
At least 2years of experience in the a manufacturing field, preferable in a management role
At least Intermediate English
Background in maintaining production equipment and hands-on skills in machine repair
Good understanding of food safety protocols like HACCP and Quality Management Systems, with preference for direct implementation experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic AutoCAD 2D
