The Role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced project leader to drive the successful delivery of multiple high-end commercial and interior fit-out projects. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized professional with strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder coordination experience

The Role

  • Manage the full life cycle of multiple interior design and construction projects, from planning to completion

  • Lead and coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery

  • Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and ensure financial control

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve challenges and align project goals

  • Ensure strict compliance with design standards, engineering specifications, and safety protocols

  • Oversee procurement schedules and vendor performance in collaboration with contracts and QS teams

  • Drive project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications

  • Provide leadership to junior project team members and contribute to internal process improvements

  • Identify potential projects and assist in resource planning for future work

  • Maintain site health, safety, and environmental standards in all phases of project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, especially within construction and interior fit-out

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Skilled in project scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety compliance standards

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
