The Role

The ideal talent will be responsible for selling an extensive range of logistics solutions to clients, including freight solutions (air, sea, cross border), warehousing, trucking, and more. The key focus of this role is freehand sales, targeting business-to-business clients

Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential clients in diverse industries. Utilize market research, prospecting techniques, and networking to generate leads and expand the customer base

  • Take a proactive approach in selling our logistics solutions directly to clients, engaging in consultative selling to understand their specific requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consistently providing excellent customer service. Understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of our logistics solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client expectations

  • Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving them. Track and report sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections, providing regular updates to management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry

  • Proven track record of successfully selling logistics solutions and meeting sales targets, with a focus on freehand sales and business-to-business clients

  • Bachelor’s degree holder

  • Mandatory Business English level

  • Strong Sales and Communication Skills: Excellent sales skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals
