This is an ideal role for the individual who has strong hands-on experience working from IT System Integrator and managed medium size sales team. Individual with experience handling sales of IT Infra Solutions (Network, Infrastructure, Cloud & Security), products, and licenses

Description
Responsible to handle company assigned warm leads to ensure the project is sealed and source for new leads
Preparing detailed & convincing proposals with accurate quotation & timelines based on potential customers’ business requirements
Achieve sales quota with quarterly & annual plans, monthly sales reports, and forecast
Manage existing client’s relationship and develop new accounts to retain revenue and generate higher lifetime value
Managing the sales team and good communication with internal team
Analyzing data from internal systems and external sources to identify opportunities to improve sales performance
Developing strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfaction
Negotiation contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements
Providing leadership, training, and motivation to the sales team to help them meet their goals
Communicating regularly with senior management about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance
Requirements
Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology or Similar
Minimum 10 years of working experience from IT industry and has strong hands-on experience from IT Infrastructure solutions products. Among the 10 years of experience, must have at least 3 – 5 years of experience leading the sales team
Have relevant technical knowledge of the products or certifications related with the products
Strong leadership skills and experience developing a sales team
