​Senior Training Manager at an International Life Insurance Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills and performance of the employees across the various functions and regions

  • Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives

  • Identify training needs, conduct gap analysis, and create engaging content and materials to enhance employee competencies and professional development

  • Utilize various training methods and techniques to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions

  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and virtual training sessions to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees at all levels

  • Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve training initiatives, incorporating best practices and industry trends to enhance learning outcomes


  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the life insurance or financial services or any related industries would be considered

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse audiences, including technical, sales, and leadership training

  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design techniques

  • Master’s degree holder (Business Administration / Management or business-related discipline) and training related certificate

  • Experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems, and digital training tools

  • Native Burmese who has excellent communication both in written and oral in English
