The Role

  • Observing and checking KPI and network traffic
  • Improving network quality by analysing network traffic and capacity dimensioning on fixed network
  • Responsibilities in setting up the network quality from customer point of view
  • Analyse and improves fixed service quality and complaints
  • Collecting and preparing necessary workflows and trainings providing based on customer complaints


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology, and other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences in network engineering
  • Strong in MS Excel, Word, Power Point skills must have
  • Analytic skills in fixed network (PSTN, ADSL, FTTX, B2B), review and upgrade
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting
  • Can travel if base on require
  • Fluent English is a must
