About the Company
Our Client is a Successful Telecommunication Services in Myanmar.
The Role
Observing and checking KPI and network traffic
Improving network quality by analyzing network traffic and capacity dimensioning on fixed network
Responsibilities in setting up the network quality from customer point of view
Analyze and improves fixed service quality and complaints
Collecting and preparing necessary workflows and trainings providing based on customer complaints
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology, and other related fields
Minimum 3 years of working experiences in network engineering
Strong in MS Excel, Word, Power Point skills must have
Analytic skills in fixed network (PSTN, ADSL, FTTX, B2B), review and upgrade
Strong skills in troubleshooting
Can travel if base on require
Fluent English is a must
