Description:
Oversee the full supply chain function, including warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory management, ensuring cost efficiency and high service levels
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on process improvements and operational excellence
Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including logistics providers, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Lead supply chain-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders, including key clients, business units, and vendors
Monitor performance ensuring continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety and quality in supply chain operations
Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing mentorship, training, and leadership to drive success
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation management systems (SAP preferred)
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Experience in multinational and high paced work environments
