About the Company
Our client is a successful telecom company in Myanmar and leading in the market to provide the best telecom service in Myanmar.
The Role
To improve the performance/operations of the HR system and team for handling issues and problem solving
To negotiate between vendor, users, teams to achieve the best solution or operations
To lead team members and train with required concepts and skills for resolving issues efficiently and effectively
To maintain HR System as well as if it is needed, to monitor tickets weekly, monthly or based on priority level
To prepare and give training to the users, other teams or internally as and when needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of Computer (or) IT Related subject
Strong in analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Priority, Planning and Time Management Skill Leadership, Mentoring, Self-Motivated
Negotiating, Project Management and Decision-Making skills
Understanding Standard Operating Procedures and Business Processes, Software Development Lifecycle and concepts
Liaising with vendor and customer/user as well as within the team for achieving result
Experience of HR related system either in IT vender or corporate IT/ HR Department also much appreciated
Fluent English communication is a must
