Description
Responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR services and practices aimed at supporting the strategic growth of the business
The role includes providing strategic guidance and hands-on support to line managers on various employment issues, conflict resolution, and HR processes
Implement people strategies and initiatives that will drive productivity and communication
Lead end-to-end resource planning, including budget planning, and recruitment
Analyze various people’s information and reports to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
Requirements
Over 5 years of extensive experience as a Senior HR professional in a similar capacity
Proven successful experience as a strategic partner with a dynamic organization
A deep knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices
Ability to bring innovative and creative solutions to business challenges, confidently devising and presenting business cases for consideration by key stakeholders
