  • A key professional responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment and talent acquisition process within an organization.

The Role

The role will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring that we bring in the best talent to drive our company's growth.

About the Company

My client is providing essential products and equipment necessary for overall healthcare operations. These companies are an integral part of the healthcare supply chain and support healthcare providers in delivering high-quality care to patients.


  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with educational institutions, to identify and attract top talent

  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization

  • Lead the selection process, including interview coordination, candidate assessments, and reference checks, to ensure the hiring of qualified and capable candidates

  • Promote and enhance the company's employer brand through innovative recruitment marketing strategies, events, and outreach efforts

  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and provide guidance on the recruitment process

  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to continually improve recruitment processes


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in the medical supply industry or healthcare sector

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
