About the Company

Oversee the full functions of talent acquisition process.
- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports and determine HR and recruiting KPIs
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Prepare Job descriptions and make CV screening and arrange, conduct and handle employment contracts
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of working experience in a related background
- A bachelor’s degree is a must and other qualifications in HR will be preferred.
- Business English is a must
- Good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills
