Review the project estimation/schedule and feedback to leader/member

About the Company
Our client is the start-up e-commerce company in Myanmar.
Description
Understand the project scope and manage specification changes
Do project quality management based on target level and take action for improvement
Review the Quality Report and feedback to leader/member
Catch-up the bugs/errors analysis result/action and do report to customers and PM
Catch-up the overall progress and do negotiation with customers or PM if necessary
Understand and catch-up all resources' skill set in team and make each person skill level up
Support the member and recruitment process with PM
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in System Development using PHP or Java and minimum 2-year experience of project management of IT Background
Project Management Experience of tasks scheduling, quality control, Issues/QA management, team management
Manpower estimation and create schedule of each project
Project planning, reporting, problem solving and communication skills
Understand all members skill set, manage team members’ development, and make assign tasks effectively
English Upper-Intermediate level (Optional)
Japanese (N3 and above, can communicate well)
