The Role

As a Technical Sales Executive (Animal Nutrition), you will play a vital role in expanding our business within the animal nutrition sector. Your responsibilities will encompass technical sales, service sales, dealer development, and regional sales targeting both Upper and Lower Myanmar. The primary customer base includes feed mills, dealers, and key farmers

Our client is an international Chemicals trading company with a strong presence in Myanmar, providing separate cutting-edge technology across Food Chemicals, Personal Care / Home Care, Animal Nutrition, Coating and Specialty Chemicals

Description

  • Utilize your expertise in animal nutrition to identify opportunities, consult with clients, and recommend suitable products and solutions to meet their specific requirements

  • Provide exceptional after-sales service by offering technical support, guidance, and assistance to clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships

  • Identify and recruit new dealers, as well as manage and support existing dealer networks, to extend the company's reach and market presence

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target both Upper and Lower Myanmar, identifying potential customers, initiating negotiations, and closing sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, such as feed mills and key farmers, by offering tailored solutions and addressing their specific needs

  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights and support the development of sales strategies

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical sales within the animal nutrition industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • B.Sc. (Agri) degree holder

  • Strong understanding of animal nutrition and related products, enabling you to provide expert guidance and support to customers

  • Mandatory Business English level

  • Excellent sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly, coupled with a dedication to providing outstanding customer service
