About the Company
Our client is an international distribution company in Myanmar to provide quality video surveillance equipment
The Role
On-site or remote troubleshooting for customers with quick response and make sure all the issues should be resolved in time
Coordinate with the experts in headquarters to analyse some tricky technical issues until all the issues be resolved
Training customers on installation, configuration and deployment knowledge for our products and solutions, prepare necessary documents for the training course
Involve in project POC actions, potential risk survey for project delivery and highlight the risks to management team
Responsible of FAE (Failure Analysis Engineer) role when deal with field quality issues, assist HQ colleagues to do field analysis until root cause be found, follow up the 8D report be confirmed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
Excellent customer service orientation and a strong sense of service delivery
Knowledgeable in CCTV systems, networking, and Linux operations and maintenance
Robust quality assurance (QA) skills with field application engineering (FAE) capabilities
Highly adaptable learner with the ability to work autonomously and a keen interest in low-voltage technologies
