The Role
Responsible to form our organizational training strategy and assess its outcomes
Create and track a training budget and keep operations within budget
Assess organizational development and employees’ needs for training and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors
Maintain an efficient and keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Ensure the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior level of learning and development field
A Bachelor or MBA Degree holder is a must and additional professional HR qualifications will be an advantage
Strong command of English in both verbal and written
A team leader with relevant knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices and strong interpersonal skills
