About the Company
Our Client is a leading Retail Company in Yangon.
Responsible for identifying staff training and development needs
- Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
- Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
- Work closely with all levels of employees to be able to improve their skills through trainings.
- Responsible for managing the entire learning and development activities such as developing, implementing and managing the training strategies, training courses and suitable programs for different levels of employees within the organization
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR field and 3 years in related Training & Development .
- Bachelor’s degree is a must and other related qualifications will be preferred
- Strong Command of Business English
- Able to form good relationships, effective organizational skills and teamworking skills
