Job Description

​Training & Talent Acquisition Executive at Myanmar's Best Recruitment Agency in Yangon

  • Reporting Manager – HR & Admin Manager

  • Up to 700,000 MMK plus other benefits

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers or instructors

  • Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials

  • Assess online recruitment tools and make sure the proper training is directed to the sales staff

  • Monitor the usage of the online programs and do appropriate testing

  • Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials

  • Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques

  • Assist in the evaluation of training programs

  • Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment

  • Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.

  • Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen

  • Select and assign instructors to conduct training

  • Ensure new joiners get the necessary training to ensure they add significant value to the company in the shortest possible timeframe

Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

  • Research and contact prospective candidates for specific positions

  • Research existing staff to plan for future hiring needs

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

  • Monitor new candidates from the Sales & Marketing teams to identify potential internal candidates

  • Develop a virtual bench for all sales staff of all levels

  • Manage respective internal candidates to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities

  • Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

  • Source candidates for bi-annual assessment centers

Requirements

  • Must have up to 4 years of experience in Training & Recruitment.

  • Prefer the candidate who is more interested in training & development.

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Burmese.

  • Driven personality and a commitment to exceed KPIs.

  • Flexible personality.

  • Highly focused on teamwork.
