The Role

  • Stay closely with all departments and develop the training sessions that they really need

  • Listen the customers/suppliers’ feedback and plan the training tips for a better feedback

  • Report directly to Founder and advise her for business needs

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with customer service background and at least 2 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other relates qualifications will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Has unique training skills and strong communication skills
