- Stay closely with all departments and develop the training sessions that they really need.
- Listen the customers/suppliers’ feedback and plan the training tips for a better feedback.
- Report directly to Founder and advise her for business needs.
- At least 5 years of experience with customer service background and at least 2 years of experience in management level
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other relates qualifications will be advantaged.
- Business English is a must
- Has unique training skills and strong communication skills
