The Role

  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers

  • Prepare budget for training programs and workshops

  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of training experiences in financial services sector

  • Training related certificate holder preferred

  • Fluent English in both written and spoken
