Design and validate new experiences via mock-ups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts

About the Company
Our Client is one of the Successful Banks in Myanmar.
The Role
Translate users research findings into actionable UX/UI plan
Evaluate current UX/UI & propose enhancement and Produce exciting concept designs and design overhauls
Compile users' reviews and prepare Touch Points Reviews Report
Perform users research to gather data on User Effort
Propose UI for touch points
Support the training on importance & impact of good UX/UI on CX
Requirements
Have at least 3 years of solid experience designing for both web and mobile
Expert at Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, and/or other design applications
Working experience in users research, product prototyping and users' testing
Must be able to present multiple design options as well as collect a variety of feedback from different business stakeholders
Comfortable working in teams as well as running project independently
High maturity in personal skills as well as teamwork methodologies
Fast learning and effective communication
