Responsibilities
Manage the development, administration, and implementation of all HR functions such as recruitment and selection process, training and development, performance Evaluation process, compensation and benefits and job, assignments by establishing and conducting new employee orientation and other associate relations process
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommendation human resources of organizational policies and procedure and initiates aligned with overall business strategy
Manage employees’ pay plan, compensation, and benefit program by conducting periodic surveys and promotion and occasional job evaluation
Bridge management and employee’s relation by addressing demand grievance or other HR related issue
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies system tactics and procedure across the Organization
Mange HR governance deals with employment and compliance to regulatory concern by ensuring proper labor relation
Support current and future business needs through the development, employee engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum Efficiency
Liaison with Regional and Head Office to roll out initiatives HR strategies within the branches
Develop, manage, and implement personal policies, develop HR information system
Coordinate all public relation activities and evaluate opportunities for Scholarship program
Establish branch Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity annually and Liaison with
Regional and Head office corporate communication team
Formulate departmental Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for long range program and make PDCA for team leader
Manage all administrative tasks such as visa and stay extension
Perform ad-hoc related jobs as assigned
Requirements
Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree holder in HRM is preferable
Must have 7 years above experience in HR operation as a management team leader
Well understanding of local labor law
