​Voice of Customer Team Manager at a Market Leading Fintech Company in Yangon

  • Responsible for creating a detailed understanding of all customer touch points and how they work with customers

The Role

  • Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service as well as define user guidelines

  • Develop company systems for customer interaction and voice response and control the implementation process

  • Manage and improve center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures

  • Oversee system maintenance and upgrade implementation. Call for repairs and troubleshooting as needed

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer service or Call centre industry and at least 2 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Has strong knowledge in customer service and communication skills
