Our client is a leading heavy machinery trading company, that provides various products categories for water solutions, food processing, farming equipment and power tools sectors.
Description
Oversee the daily operations of the heavy machinery showroom, ensuring a professional and customer-friendly environment.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute showroom sales strategies in line with company objectives.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics for stock availability.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or showroom leadership role, preferably in the heavy machinery, automotive, construction equipment, or industrial equipment sector.
Strong understanding of heavy machinery products and specifications.
Proven leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
