The Role
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and operating systems
Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as software upgrades, patch management, and system monitoring
Ensure the security and integrity of Active Directory environments through proper configuration and access controls
Create and maintain virtual machines and virtualized environments to support business applications and services
Implement backup and recovery solutions to protect data and ensure business continuity
Perform performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
2-5 years of relevant experience in system administration, preferably in a Windows server environment
Experience working with enterprise-level environments and supporting critical business systems is highly desirable
Previous experience in IT support, system engineering, or related roles can also be beneficial
