• Responsible for overseeing overall F&B operations and business performance while applying overseas management experience to improve efficiency and profitability
• Up to 5,000,000 MMK and other allowances

• Manage P&L performance and drive revenue, cost control, and profitability
• Ensure strong operational standards through effective SOPs and service quality\
• Lead and develop teams, building a high-performing culture
• Enhance customer experience through service improvements and menu optimization
• Support business expansion, including openings, vendor management, and partnerships

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in related background
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is a must
• Must be a repatriate candidate with proven overseas management experience in the F&B sector
