Description
- Manage P&L performance and drive revenue, cost control, and profitability
- Ensure strong operational standards through effective SOPs and service quality\
- Lead and develop teams, building a high-performing culture
- Enhance customer experience through service improvements and menu optimization
- Support business expansion, including openings, vendor management, and partnerships
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in related background
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Must be a repatriate candidate with proven overseas management experience in the F&B sector
