• Responsible for leading nationwide pharmaceutical sales operations to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strong performance across all regions.
• Up to 5,000,000 MMK and other allowances

Description

• Develop and execute national sales strategies for assigned pharmaceutical product portfolios.
• Manage and lead regional sales teams, ensuring target achievement and consistent performance.
• Oversee sales forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking across all territories.
• Work closely with marketing and medical teams to support product launches and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and distributor performance, providing insights to management.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in related industry
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Business English is preferred
• Must have strong leadership, strategic planning, and sales management skills with proven ability to manage nationwide pharmaceutical sales teams.
