Description

• Oversee multiple showroom operations to ensure smooth daily performance and service standards
• Manage and lead showroom sales staff, driving targets and improving team productivity
• Coordinate with delivery teams and plan routes to ensure timely product distribution
• Conduct sales visits and monitor market activities to support business growth
• Ensure strong sales execution and operational control across all assigned showrooms

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
• Communicable English is preferred
• Must have strong showroom operations and sales management skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive performance effectively
