- Responsible for driving sales performance and expanding market coverage within assigned areas by leading teams and ensuring strong execution of sales strategies.

Description
- Lead and manage sales teams in assigned territories to achieve sales targets
- Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Conduct regular field visits to supervise activities and ensure effective sales execution
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth operations
- Analyse market trends and sales performance, preparing reports and recommending improvements
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industry and at least 2 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Must have strong leadership and sales management skills with the ability to drive team performance and execute sales plans effectively
