- Responsible for driving sales performance and expanding market coverage within Regionals by leading teams and ensuring strong execution of sales strategies.

Description
- Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Conduct regular field visits to supervise activities and ensure effective sales execution
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including associations and professional societies
- Organize and lead training and other capacity building events for healthcare professionals, including in-person gathering and online events
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and at least 2 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualifications will be advantaged
- Business English is a must
- Must have strong leadership and sales management skills with the ability to drive team performance and execute sales plans effectively
